The Mission

I am not sure there is a mission for this site.

My intent is to watch and observe what is going on around me and the world. If it is of interest. the I will make an observation, opinion or just a comment. So items may be published just to try to get your attention on the subject.

If there are items you would like me to investigate or to provide an opinion on, send me a note or text.

Since I have retired at least three times, this is not a serious endeavor but one that is to keep me focused and aware.

About Me

I am retired! Actually, I think I retired three times.

My first retirement was from being a technology professional for several decades. The last as a technology consultant and futurist with PricewaterHouseCoopers. Being restless, I started an online retail business selling high end cookware. This ended after eight years. Again not satisfied, I opened a consulting endeavor focused on small business strategy and planning. That ended more that ten years ago when my clients decided they did not have to pay me.

So that is my three retirements. After several years of trying to play golf and sitting on the side lines, I am restless again. Having decades of experience in providing observation and opinions for others, I figured I could provide observations and opinions for myself and try to share them with others who might be interested (which could be a very small number of people).

So, this will include comments on a wide range of topics. Things that pique my interest. It could be that some theme may emerge over time but that is not my intent. I will try to avoid politics for the most part but there may be an observation or opinion or two. These whatever is included here will be my thoughts without any intention of upsetting anyone.

I would appreciate any feedback -posistive or negative – along with suggestions of things to look in to. And I hope what you see will be of some interest.
